As of now we only ship to the United States.
How do I get free U.S shipping?
Orders of $75 or more will qualify for free shipping.
When will my order ship?
We shoot to have orders out the door in 5 days, but usually sooner. Orders placed on Friday will most likely go out by the middle of the following week. During launches, sales and holidays it can take a bit longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
How long does shipping take?
We ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days after it's shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
What if I have a problem with an order?
If you received an item that is damaged, misprinted or defective, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
All orders will have a tracking number, but sometimes USPS can misplace things. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying to reship the order.
What if my package is stolen?
Nerdy Tees is not responsible for stolen packages. If a delivered package is stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a report with the authorities or USPS.
What Is Your Return Policy?
All unworn and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Kids shirts are new to Nerdy Tees, so we will offer one free exchange on those items.
Exchanges/returns can only be made on unwashed and unworn items. If an item is deemed unsellable upon inspection, you will not receive a refund or exchange.
Once the product is deemed in new condition, the refund will be processed.

What kind of shirts do you use?
We print on unisex tri-blend shirts. These are premium shirts that are super soft, stretchy, and hold their size and shape well when washed.
